Cash Flow Insight requires a PNC business checking account and enrollment in PNC Online Banking. Free trial offer valid for Cash Flow Insight, for additional tools (Receivables, Payables and Accounting Software Sync) and additional sub-users (delegates) for your current statement cycle period and two additional statement cycles. During your free trial period, the monthly fee for Cash Flow Insight, monthly fees for the additional tools and sub-users, and transaction-based fees for transactions that occur during the trial period are all waived. One free trial period per customer, based on the enrollment date of the first account you enroll in Cash Flow Insight.
Your free trial period for all accounts in Cash Flow Insight ends at the same time. At the end of your free trial, unless you un-enroll, you will remain enrolled in Cash Flow Insight, and in any additional tools you selected. All sub-users to whom you granted access will also maintain access. If you remain enrolled in Cash Flow Insight (and no additional tools), you will begin to be charged a fee of $10/month. Customers with a Business Checking Plus, Business Checking Preferred, Business Enterprise Checking, Industry Solutions Checking or Retail Businesses Checking account have access to Cash Flow Insight (not including the additional tools) at no monthly fee for all of their eligible PNC business checking accounts in Online Banking. If you remain enrolled in any of the additional tools (Receivables, Payables and/or Accounting Software Sync), your Cash Flow Insight $10/month fee is waived. Following your trial period, you will be charged on a monthly basis for the additional tool(s) you are enrolled in, the sub-users to whom you granted access, and the transactions completed using the tool(s). For post-trial fee information, call a Cash Flow Insight Consultant at 855-762-2361. You may add, remove, or edit a sub-user’s access on the Business Tools tab in Online Banking. If you do not want to continue with Cash Flow Insight, or any of the additional tools, you may opt out of Cash Flow Insight, or opt out of an additional tool or tools, on your Preferences page within Cash Flow Insight.
Your Receivables and/or Payables data within Cash Flow Insight can sync with the following supported accounting software: QuickBooks® for Windows, QuickBooks® Online, Intacct®, NetSuite® and Xero®. Users of other accounting software, such as Sage 50 and Microsoft Dynamics® GP, can use the import/export functionality within Cash Flow Insight at no additional cost.
